Monsta Media Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team going into 2025.

Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients, managing their Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and sharing your expertise to train and guide our staff.

You’ll be the face of our company with clients, so a bubbly and approachable personality is key. Dynamism and a can do attitude is pivotal in this client facing/servicing role and will prove to be the difference when we recruit on this role - it will be just as important as your Digital Marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for our diverse range of clients.

Work with and mentor staff on best practices in digital marketing.

Be a customer-facing representative, building relationships with clients and helping them achieve their marketing goals.

Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends and strategies to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Ideal Candidate:

Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads is essential.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.

Energetic, friendly, and approachable demeanor, with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.

Experience in staff training and leadership is a bonus.

Proven experience in customer liaison, servicing, delivery and problem solving
