What position do we have available?

We’re adding a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to our team to drive innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.

In this exciting new role, you’ll work alongside our talented marketing and sales teams, as well as external agencies, to plan and manage content, drive lead generation, enhance our brand marketing and boost our digital presence. From co-ordinating social media campaigns to SEO and SEM campaigns, your work will be key to helping us reach our target audiences and achieve business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, content creation, and an interest in the industrial sector.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Plan and manage a range of video content including product training, tips and tricks, how to videos and more for usage online via ITW websites and social media channels.

Plan and oversee written content including, SEO, editorial, press release articles, white papers, and case studies to drive brand messaging.

Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns to assist with audience growth and engagement across various platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok, ensuring consistency with our visual brand and messaging.

Work with external agencies on developing SEM campaigns to continuously increase brand awareness and website traffic.

Develop and manage brand ambassador and influencer programs to extend brand reach and impact.

Work with the marketing manager to implement digital marketing campaigns for key products and promotions to assist with sales growth.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on all website projects including content updates and new development projects that will help elevate our online customer experience.

Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop, monitor and optimise paid display advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms (Google / YouTube / Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn).

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to assist with product/brand awareness. Track performance and optimise for success.

Create compelling internal and external communications to strengthen our brand voice.

Develop internal digital marketing guidelines to ensure all content is in line with brand guidelines.

Manage and present metric reports for key campaigns.

Is this the perfect role for you?

If you have the following skills and experience, then this may just be the perfect position for you:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field.

At least 3+ years of digital marketing experience ideally in the industrial space.

Proven experience with executing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Understanding of best SEO and SEM practices.

Experience in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn and the ability to drive audience growth.

Experience with planning and managing written, video and image content.

Creative thinking and a proactive approach to digital marketing.

Experience with brand partnerships and collaborations.

Experience using website content management systems and email marketing platforms.

Experience with maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Strong analytical mind set with the ability to measure results and optimise performance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Strong copy writing skills.

Experience using the Microsoft and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).

Someone with a can-do attitude who can work in a fast-paced environment and is deadline driven.
