PRIMARY PURPOSE
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll lead and deliver high-impact marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals—content, SEO, digital campaigns, or a blend of all three.

You'll lead in managing client relationships, crafting marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal and external creatives. You'll work closely with the Director and the broader EM team to ensure our work is world-class, smart, strategic, and results-focused.
We're especially keen to connect with marketers who have experience working with financial services, professional services, or service-based businesses. Our clients operate in complex industries that require clear messaging, strategic positioning, and a strong understanding of trust-based marketing. So a background in these sectors will help you hit the ground running.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy & Campaign Development
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing client.s
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
  • Deliver detailed reports and insights to the Director and clients
  • Content, SEO, or Digital Campaign Management (tailored to your strengths)
  • Develop SEO-optimised content plans or website strategies
  • Create and manage social media campaigns and schedules
  • Set up email marketing platforms and create regular campaigns;
  • Manage paid campaign builds and performance with media specialists
  • Produce or coordinate high-quality marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and content

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Own client communications—via email, calls, and meetings (face-to-face and online)
  • Act as the main point of contact for your key accounts
  • Attend client-related events and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, web developers, and external contractors as needed
  • Team Collaboration & Growth
  • Contribute to internal process improvements
  • Support and onboard new team members as required
  • Participate in team planning, brainstorms, and innovation sessions
  • Remain fully informed on market trends and implement best practices

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • 3–5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with strengths in content, SEO, or digital campaigns
  • Experience with platforms like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, WordPress or Webflow, and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g. SEMrush and Google Search Console)
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite or video editing skills
