Project Manager

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of commercial new build projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial new build projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Foster a fun yet hardworking culture.
• Nurture and coach your team of Site Managers, Supervisors, and Contracts Administrators.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial new build projects $20M+.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
