The Role

• Programming and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries
• Liaison with all stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of the project to schedule
• Management of the construction site team
• Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
• Managing OHS compliance on site including site inductions, alongside the HSE Advisor
• Problem solving, proactive planning and forward thinking
• Leading the site team and all subcontractors to ensure an efficient, smooth workflow
• Build a collaborative, productive and positive environment between the project team and subcontractors
• Involvement in bulding out your wider team

The Person

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on Multi-Level Buildings
• Expertise in managing key targets of quality, safety, cost and time
• Able to schedule, coordinate and manage all site activities
• Expert knowledge of Structure, Services, Façade, Finishes
• Excellent work ethic and builds a high-performing, proactive working culture on site
• In-depth knowledge with building codes, standards and methodologies for high rise buildings
• Solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to drive outcomes and solutions and meet timelines
