General Manager – Mission Critical | Data Centres
Location: Flexible, willing to travel
Salary: $220K - 240K + super and bonus

Opportunity to join a globally positioned business, with an impressive track record in the mission critical arena. We’re on the lookout for a General Manager to lead the ANZ Operation. This is a rare opportunity to lead major data centre and infrastructure projects while supporting a high-impact team in one of the most dynamic technical fields today.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the business' presence in Australia’s mission critical sector
• Drive new business development and build long-term client relationships
• Support delivery of key projects end-to-end—people, budgets, contracts, and delivery
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier technical professionals
• Act as a strategic liaison between local operations and the APAC Director
• Ensure project success through cost performance tracking and client engagement
• Have P&L responsibility

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in mission critical environments, ideally data centres
• Qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Knowlege of commissioning management in highly complex, critical environments
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
