What you'll be doing…
As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the charismatic and approachable General Manager. This pivotal leadership role entails overseeing and delivering formwork projects from initiation to completion, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in formwork systems, strong team leadership abilities, and excellent client relationship management skills.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of formwork projects across multiple sites
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
Lead and supervise site teams including foremen, leading hands, and subcontractors
Ensure all site operations comply with WHS standards and company policies
Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors to maintain strong working relationships
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
Resolve site issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
Assist with estimating, procurement, and tender submissions when required
Maintain and enhance customer relations throughout the project delivery phase
Contribute to the Leadership Team, assisting in building a successful business unit

Ideally, the successful person we are seeking is a talented Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills, coupled with your ability to effectively engage and influence for successful outcomes, and have a natural curiosity for technology and innovation, with a sense of achievement in all that you do!
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager in the formwork or concrete structure industry
Strong understanding of formwork systems (e.g. Doka, Peri, RMD, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently
Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, standards, and WHS practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
Current White Card and valid driver’s license

Highly competitive salary package (based on experience)
Salary Range:
$200K–$250K + super (negotiable depending on experience)
