As our business is growing, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
Take the lead in the strategic management and successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for overseeing delegated engineering, construction, and technical components, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. This role involves driving comprehensive project planning, defining key success criteria, coordinating multidisciplinary reviews, and managing the execution of works.

Drive end-to-end project delivery by monitoring progress, reallocating resources as needed, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Manage subcontractor performance, review and approve RFIs, EOTs, and variations, while ensuring full compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost forecasting, cash flow management, and payment tracking, to safeguard the financial integrity of the project.

Lead and guide project teams through clear delegation and effective resource planning to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Enforce risk controls, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures to maintain high performance and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

About you:

Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in major construction/infrastructure project delivery preferably in structural, mechanical and piping space.

Experience in Major Projects Contracts administration and management.

Experience in managing construction scheduling and cost/cash flow management for major projects.

A recognised degree in engineering discipline or other relevant tertiary qualification.

Proven experience in successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated ability to apply mature judgment under pressure, offering innovative and practical solutions.

Skilled in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite, aconex, ineight.

Proven leadership with the ability to manage multiple project elements, adapt to changing demands, and maintain focus on time, cost, and quality.

Strong safety focus with a solid understanding of health and safety legislation and relevant Australian Standards.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Current Driver’s Licence.

Current White Card (Construction Induction Training).
