Position Summary

The Property Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring consistent performance across occupancy, tenant satisfaction, maintenance, and financial objectives. This individual will be a core member of the operations team and a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of residential and mixed-use properties, including lease administration, rent collection, and tenant communications

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate timely maintenance and repairs

Ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations, safety protocols, and company policies

Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and generate performance reports

Oversee the onboarding and renewal of tenants, including lease agreements and move-in/move-out processes

Collaborate with ownership and leadership on asset planning and capital improvements

Support leasing efforts in coordination with marketing and brokerage partners

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in property management (residential or mixed-use); real estate license preferred

Strong knowledge of property management software

Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively

Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and local regulatory requirements

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field preferred
