We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to assist with the professional management of properties on our rent roll. The role is faced paced and dynamic - we have a very hands-on approach to our property management.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage a diverse and growing residential and share accommodation portfolio
• Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and housemates
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals with precision
• Keep systems streamlined, compliant, and stress-free
• Help shape the future of share housing in our community

What You Bring:
✔ 2+ years’ experience in residential property management (preferred but flexible)
✔ Knowledge of share housing dynamics a strong bonus
✔ Strong communication & people skills
✔ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
✔ Current drivers license, Certificate IV Property management license or real estate registration
