This role will see you exposed to all facets of property management, with no restrictions on duties and the invitation to take on more responsibility and become a valued team member.
Min. 2+years experience working directly within Property Management.

Opportunity for more SNR Property Managers:
- Lead and help grow the team, opportunity to help train and develop the existing team and share your knowledge.
- Grow the portfolio, opportunity to dive into more then just managing a portfolio and help grow the portfolio by attracting new business.
- Up-skill and learn other aspects of property management from Commercial Management, Tribunal representation and/or Trust Accounting.
General gist of the role?
- End to end portfolio management (with assistance on OFI's and routines)
- Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants
- Oversee repairs and maintenance with a proactive approach
- Ensure lease agreements are current and rents are reviewed regularly
- Represent landlords at tribunal hearings when necessary (very minimal)
- Monitor rental arrears in line with legislation and manage property maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with the PM team to ensure seamless service and communication is upheld.
- Maintaining the CRM, tasks and general database upkeep.
What would make you a standout candidate?
- A passion for real estate, property management and what you bring to the table.
- An appreciation for a great team, great support and great leadership.
- Strong in conflict resolution and not afraid to have difficult conversations.
- Able to keep a cool-calm demeanour and manage client expectations professionally.
- Ideally you are familiar with TAPI, Inspection Express & MRI systems.
- Long-term focus.
- Holding your Class 1 or 2 Licence (preferred)
- Computer and systems savvy (highly regarded)
- NCAT and Tribunal experience (highly regarded)
- Commercial Management experience and understanding (highly regarded)
- Trust Accounting experience (highly regarded)
- You may not tick every box but don't shy away from highlighting your abilities!
