We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Painting Supervisor to lead and manage our professional painting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential, commercial, or industrial painting and be capable of overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of the painting crew on-site

Ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards

Conduct inspections and ensure all work complies with safety regulations

Train and mentor painters and apprentices

Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience as a painting supervisor or lead painter

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of paint types, surface prep, and application techniques

Ability to plans and follow job specifications

Valid driver’s license
