Hongdae Pocha is Hiring: Restaurant manager / Supervisor / Floor staff

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.

Maintain inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.

Supervisor:

Support the manager in overseeing floor operations.

Lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Floor Staff:

Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.

Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a great dining experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Working Conditions

Open for lunch and dinner, 7 Days a week (Flexible Roster)

Able to work on weekends
