An established and growing cosmetics manufacturer in South Sydney is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their team.

This is a full-time, on-site role suited for a QA professional with experience in regulated manufacturing environments, ideally within cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $85,000 + super

Shift time:

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Friday: 7.30am to 1.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily quality assurance activities across production and warehousing.

Conduct and oversee sample collection and testing procedures in line with regulatory requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Prepare and support internal and external audits, including documentation and corrective actions.

Collaborate closely with production, Preparation for audit Sample collection, Managing Process to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

About You:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA role within cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or a similar regulated industry.

Strong understanding of GMP, quality systems, and audit preparation.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Proven ability to manage QA processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
