As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a warehouse team across two locations (Seven Hills and Waterloo). You’ll drive improvements in inventory control, streamline operations, and support the business in meeting customer expectations through faster turnaround and enhanced service levels.

Responsibilities

This role will be based at Seven Hills, with travel to the Waterloo site required. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring training, development, and high team morale.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, stock integrity, and receiving.
• Coordinate inventory control, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and process improvements.
• Drive improvements in order turnaround, urgent dispatches, and counter pick-up efficiency.
• Maintain a strong hands-on presence on the floor, leading by example and supporting the team as needed.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director and key stakeholders to implement positive change and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Promote and maintain a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable warehouse leader who can take ownership of team performance and warehouse operations. You’ll have a natural ability to communicate across all levels and a keen eye for process improvement. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1–3 years of warehouse supervision experience (5 years preferred).
• Strong background in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Experience within an electrical, construction, or mechanical warehouse environment (beneficial).
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse and growing team.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• A collaborative and open-minded leadership approach.

• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + 10% annual bonus
• Permanent, full-time role based in Seven Hills with travel to Waterloo
