Job Description

What will you do?

Reporting to the IT Services Manager, you will provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring efficient technology operations, all while embracing a flexible approach in our start-up environment.

• Demonstrate your strong communication skills by assisting users with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions, resolve application issues, provide training, and maintain documentation outlining configurations and best practices
• Monitor system performance, implement security measures, maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses, and contribute to proactive maintenance systems
• Conduct training sessions and develop materials while collaborating with IT team members on projects and liaising with vendors for support

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration required, familiarity with common SaaS applications such as Xero, Xplor, and Employment Hero is a plus
• Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to services when required is essential
• Ongoing permanent full-time Australian work rights
