Kaliba are looking for an experienced IT professional to oversee office ICT infrastructure, with a focus on security, collaboration, and network systems. The role includes operational support and integration with third-party services.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide reliable 3rd line support across diverse systems, devices, and locations

Partner with school staff on ICT solutions and remote/onsite issue resolution

Manage Microsoft/Google Cloud services, hosted apps, and internal tools

Support onsite infrastructure including servers, networks, wireless, CCTV, and firewalls

Assist with procurement and recommend suitable ICT hardware

Oversee ICT security and cyber safety platforms and services

Key requirements include:

3+ years in a Systems Administrator or Senior Technical Support role

Relevant IT qualifications or demonstrable industry experience

Previous MSP experience is beneficial

Proficient in Microsoft server/endpoint systems

Experience troubleshooting across LAN/WAN and cloud (M365, Google)

Experienced in Microsoft backend systems (AD, Azure AD, M365)

Solid knowledge of firewalls/UTMs (Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Cisco)

Willingness to travel on-site to clients occasionally

Valid Driver's License
