Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position will provide taxation expertise, payroll (Labour hire Industry), creating & integrity systems and policies, and advisory services to the business. Key responsibilities include.

What you'll need to succeed

• Deadline driven.
• CPA Qualified, ideally with 5 years with industry experience
• analysing financial reports, conducting audits, systems development, forecasting revenue, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with an investigative nature.
• Experience of working for a corporate environment in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (MYOB)
• Experience of working with a variety of ERP's and reporting tools
• Ability to support operations.
• Responsible for monthly, bi-annual and annual taxation responsibilities
• Systems integrity, managing ERP or reporting tool implementation / development.
• Management of fleet, ensuring revenue recognition and product pricing
• Risk management, insurance, and warranty provisions
• Develop relationships with external parties including banks, ATO, customs and IT consultants.
• Highly motivated individual who is able to multitask and work under pressure.
• A work ethic that can be described as proactive, detail orientated, innovative, logical, and analytical.
