Dari’s Kitchen is proudly Australian-owned and one of the country’s leading producers of fresh soups and dips. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an experienced and energetic Customer Service & Sales Administration Team Assistant to join our team at our Marrickville head office.

This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working in a small team, and wants to be at the heart of customer operations and business support.

About the Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll be a key part of our Customer Service Team (4 in total) while working closely with our Sales Team, Logistics team, and Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and excellent customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading daily call manifest distribution across states

Coordinating logistics bookings and ensuring timely dispatch with hauliers

Managing customer queries and ensuring resolutions with cross-functional support

Overseeing and maintaining the CRM system for customer data and territory management

Managing the Fresho customer order platform to ensure accurate and timely order processing

Supporting onboarding and training of new team members

Acting as the key point of contact for the sales team to ensure the highest level of customer experience

Providing general admin support and overseeing office operations

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Attributes:

High attention to detail and strong data handling skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Clear and professional communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment

A hands-on, adaptable leadership style and proactive mindset

Preferred (but not essential):

Experience with CRM systems or order platforms like Fresho

Previous background in sales administration or customer service roles

Understanding of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
