Hanna Instruments Australia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Administrator to join our team. This key role bridges customer service and sales operations by handling customer enquiries, processing orders, managing phone support, and assisting our external sales representatives with administrative tasks.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive excellent service and our sales processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.

Accurately enter and process sales orders in our internal systems.

Manage customer communications regarding order status, product availability, and deliveries.

Provide administrative support to the external sales team, including quoting, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, technical support, accounts) to resolve customer concerns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.

Assist with promotional activities, sales campaigns, and reporting as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage).
