Description
- Provide secretarial and business support to the team
- Handle a range of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Manage communications including emails and phone calls
- Assist in organising and scheduling meetings
- Support the coordination of team projects and initiatives
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Admin Assistant should have:
- Proven experience as an admin assistant
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- High attention to detail
