Join Vamp Cosmetic Clinic as a Part-Time Medical Receptionist (24 hours/week)

Are you an experienced medical receptionist looking for a fresh and rewarding opportunity? Vamp Cosmetic Clinic, located in our state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Newcastle, is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to become an essential part of our dynamic team.

We’re a close-knit group of doctors, nurses, and dermal therapists committed to providing an exceptional cosmetic experience to every client—and it all begins with you, the face of our clinic.

Position Details

Part-time: 24 hours per week

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Flexibility: Must be available for occasional overtime

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a receptionist who:

Creates a warm and welcoming first impression for our clients

Works efficiently in a busy clinical environment

Takes pride in being dependable, punctual, and professional

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in general or specialist medical reception

Customer service background or previous experience in cosmetic medicine is a strong advantage

Ideal Candidate Attributes

You are someone who:

Maintains a professional and tidy appearance

Has excellent communication skills—clear, articulate, and friendly both in person and over the phone

Enjoys working with people and builds positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Is highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise effectively

Is tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Windows, booking software, printers, and scanners

Works well in a team environment

Is reliable, honest, and consistent
