Position: Part-Time Medical Receptionist
Location: Armidale Medical Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent customer service

Process billing and insurance information

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to medical office protocols

Proficiently use Best Practice medical software to manage patient data

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a medical receptionist, ideally with Best Practice software

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
