As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our practice, working alongside our dedicated doctor, advanced imaging technology, and pathology services.

The Company

Our company is a high-end preventative health medical practice located within Melbourne expanding with a new practice opening in Sydney (near Central). We provide in-depth, comprehensive medical assessments powered by cutting-edge diagnostic technology.

The Role

As a pivotal team member in our new Sydney practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front reception and administration support.

The right fit is most important to us, so we welcome experienced receptionists/administrators from other industries to apply.

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. We do require someone to work Wednesday 7am-5pm. There is flexibility with the remaining 10 hours during the week to fit in with your work/life balance. As the practice grows, there is the opportunity for more hours.

The duties and responsibilities are:

Provide an outstanding level of customer service on the telephone and in meeting and greeting patients

Ensure a smooth and seamless patient journey and experience

Efficiently manage all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts (Cliniko software)

Schedule and manage patient bookings effectively

Management of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations

Administration duties – filing, correspondence, collating reports, scanning

Your Skills & Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-

Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded, however willing to consider reception/administrators from other industries seeking to enter the medical industry

Passion for delivering top-notch customer service

Enthusiasm for contributing to brand building and business growth

Compassionate, empathetic and warm disposition

Professional manner and immaculate presentation

Able to work one 10 hour day, with flexibility for the remaining 10 hours

Open to increasing hours as the practice grows

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Strong work ethic, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
