Competitive Starting Rate: We typically start our Medical Receptionists at $33 p/h + Super, with a review after a 3-month probation period. This is negotiable however based on your previous experience and skills.

About the Role:
As a part time Medical Receptionist you will enjoy flexibility and work-life balance, working 24 hours - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday each week with a combination of start and finish times. We'd love it if you can cover one Saturday morning per month (8.30am - 1.30pm but it's not a deal breaker if you can't).
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing a warm welcome and efficient assistance to patients in person and via phone.
Managing appointments, scheduling, and confirmations.
Accurately processing patient information and maintaining records using Genie and other software.
Handling billing and payments.
Developing knowledge of our luxurious treatments, gorgeous skincare products and general clinic information to effectively assist patients.
Providing general administrative support to our team of 6 doctors and 3 skin clinicians.
About You:
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
You are highly organised, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
You have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
You are IT literate and comfortable learning new software (experience with Genie is a plus, but not essential).
Previous experience in medical reception or a similar customer service role is desirable.
You are a proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
