The Role
As a Customer Service and sales representative, you will be the voice of Loco Love, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers. You will handle inquiries via email and phone, infusing Loco Love magic for our customers. You will work along side another Customer Service manager and your role will involve collaboration with various departments to resolve issues and respond to customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Represent Loco Love positively to stockists and retail customers through email and phone interactions.
Exceptional Service: Maximise customer interactions by providing outstanding customer care and in-depth product knowledge.
Personalised Experience: Identify opportunities to tailor each customer experience and foster lasting relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service team and other departments to resolve issues related to customer orders ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
Hubspot CRM: Confidently and accurately utilise Hubspot CRM & HelpDesk to respond to customers using our ticket system.
Order Processing: Liaise with the Dispatch Manager to ensure prompt and accurate processing of orders.
First Point of Contact: Handle all Loco Love customer service inquiries via email and phone, serving both wholesale and e-commerce customers.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve order issues or discrepancies in a professional manner, working closely with the dispatch team.
Data Entry: Accurately input wholesale customer orders into the DEAR inventory system.
Cross-Department Communication: Maintain efficient and clear communication across departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of Hubspot CRM systems and data entry processes.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.
