The Role
We are searching for a highly organised, efficient team player to join our tight-knit team.
We are looking for someone who has experience in an office environment ideally within the trade services sector.
As the first point of contact in the business, you will be comfortable and experienced in communicating with tradespeople, property managers and individual domestic clients alike.
You’ll be skilled at negotiating outcomes, making quick decisions and will show initiative in everything you do.
The right person will strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction while attaining the best outcome for the business.
What we require
High standards and a professional attitude
Logical and adaptable
Passion for developing, following and implementing following systems and procedures
Preferred two years experience in a similar scheduling role and trade related business
A high level of skill in using Microsoft Excel, Xero and AroFlo (or other similar JMS) is advantageous.
Reporting to the Director of the business, you’ll have five major roles within Pinnacle Plumbing at our Richmond office:
Liaising with Property Managers and processing work orders into the system.
Scheduling our team of tradespeople and sub-contractors on a daily basis.
Processing the administrative paperwork; compliance certificates, OH&S statements etc.
Compiling performance reports for the business and clients.
