Our growing office is seeking hands on Office Administrator to efficiently manage office operations & reception duties.

The key position will be ideal for someone with a keen interest for career establishment in the Real Estate Industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phone calls, client queries and co-ordination within the office

Provide administrative support to the Rental Management & Sales teams

Assist with marketing materials, sales campaigns and social media

Liaise with the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks to support overall office operations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Demonstrate a strong customer service approach

Show strong initiative and be self-motivated

Have a switched on, solution oriented approach to the role at hand

Expertise in using MS Office and be tech savvy

Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with others and in a team environment

About You

Previous Real Estate or Administration experience preferred

Impeccable Time Management to adhere to deadlines

Excellent Communication & Written Skills

Drivers licence & reliable car (out of office duties may be required)
