We’re on the hunt for a Scheduling & Administration Officer to join our office team and help keep the engine room of our business running at full speed.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the admin inbox and taking prompt action on incoming enquiries.
Handling incoming phone calls and providing friendly, helpful support to customers and technicians.
Closing off completed jobs, ensuring all data, rebate claims, spreadsheets and notes are properly recorded and up to date.
Coordinating accepted quotes by booking jobs and liaising with the sales team.
Invoicing jobs efficiently and accurately supporting positive cashflow.
Handling customer enquiries with care and professionalism, and working with the Office Manager to resolve any complex issues promptly.
Following up on job requests and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What we need from you:
Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Prior experience in admin or scheduling is a big plus
Confidence juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
A friendly, can-do attitude and team spirit
The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
Reliability, positivity, and a can-do attitude every day.
Willingness to pitch in where needed and work as part of a team.
