Talenza have been engaged by an energy client to find a Head of Architecture to transform their architecture practice by implementing a strategy and governance roadmap. The successful candidate will have proven experience leading large architecture teams at an enterprise size organisation.

Requirements & responsibilities

• Deliver transformation to the architecture team through strategy and governance.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the companies presence in the market through the architecture teams delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and team oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgets.
• Proven stakeholder skills working with C-suite executives.
• Proven examples of artefact standardisation from a previous role.
• Energy, mining or heavy industries domain knowledge (desirable)
