We sell Australia’s favourite lottery games — including Powerball, Oz Lotto, Saturday Lotto — alongside a suite of well-known charity lotteries that help support amazing causes around the country. But here’s the thing — we’re just getting started.
Our marketing foundations are solid, but there’s so much more potential.
With a strong customer base, a modern tech stack, and healthy budgets, we’re now looking for a growth leader to take things to the next level through sharper strategy, experimentation, and performance.
Are you an experienced Head of Growth & Marketing who’s been in the arena — someone who has built and led high-performing growth teams, optimised big budgets, and delivered serious results in large, well-known companies. You’ll be the driving force behind customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and revenue expansion — with the tools, budget, and team to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Lead a talented team of performance and lifecycle marketers, accountable for an 8-figure annual spend.
- Leverage our modern stack (Amplitude, Braze, Segment) to drive experimentation, LTV growth, and channel efficiency.
- Collaborate with brand, product, and insights to align customer growth efforts with company-wide objectives.
- Test, learn, scale. You’ll turn customer data and campaign insights into sharp, actionable outcomes.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Have led growth or performance marketing at a large consumer brand or scaled tech business.
- Know how to make 8-figure budgets work smarter, not just bigger.
- Understand how brand, lifecycle, and product all influence acquisition and retention.
- Are fluent in CAC, LTV, funnels, ROAS — but also have sharp instincts for what makes customers tick.
- Build great teams and don’t mind getting into the details when needed.
- Are ready to move fast, make decisions, and unlock growth.

Salary Banding: $230,000 - $260,000 + Super
