The Role

You’ll lead and grow our experienced sales and marketing team, reporting directly to the CEO, and working closely with industry leaders. This is a strategic and hands-on role with full accountability for pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

You’ll be responsible for:

Developing and executing a national go-to-market strategy

Leading, mentoring, and expanding a high-performing sales and marketing team

Owning pipeline generation and conversion across core sectors: retail, QSR, government, and healthcare

Deepening key client relationships and expanding major accounts

Managing the marketing calendar, campaigns, and content pipeline

Defining solution positioning and supporting product innovation

Providing clear sales metrics and commercial performance insights to leadership

What we’re looking for:

Demonstrated success in B2B sales leadership, ideally in SaaS, tech, managed services, or digital experience solutions

Demonstrated success with structured, metrics-driven sales processes (e.g. MEDDPICC) to ensure scalable and predictable revenue growth

Experience selling into enterprise or government sectors

Strong leadership and coaching skills – proven ability to elevate team performance

Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue growth

Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales reporting

A proactive operator who can shape and drive execution
