The Person

• A demonstrated track record in a Senior Property Management position.
• Must be knowledgeable in PropertyMe.
• Autonomous worker with strong confidence working alone and lead a team.
• Business Development background for rapid growth of the portfolio
• A first-class communicator with a professional demeanour who can liaise with high-end clientele.
• A willingness to progress long term with the business.
• Immaculate personal presentation is a given.
• Ability to build professional, lasting relationships with the belief that the client's best interests are the first priority.

The Position

• Managing clients and their investment properties in a well-maintained portfolio.
• Implementation of processes, procedures, and checklists.
• Get exposure to all facets of the Property Management division.
• Attend to ingoings and outgoings as required, no routines or leasing.
• Maintain the property maintenance and ensure all properties are maintained to the highest care.
• Dedication to growth of the portfolio, strong prospecting skills.
• End to end Property Management with inclusion of routines officer and other support.
