As a Head of Practice, you'll lead the Ipswich office of 10 staff including 4 legal professionals, driving operational excellence, compliance, and innovation. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of lawyers, paralegals, law clerks and administrators
• Provide strategic direction aligned with governance and firm goals.
• Be the face of the brand in the marketplace and engage in business development activities
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in legal service delivery.
• Drive professional development and structured learning initiatives.

To be successful you will be

• 10 + years PAE in family law
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing legal teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
