As our Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our safety strategy—coaching teams, advising leaders, and fostering a culture where everyone feels supported and protected.
You’ll:
Lead a motivated safety team and partner with leaders across the organisation
Build and implement frameworks that create lasting change
Roll out innovative training programs that actually stick
Turn strategy into action—and action into results

The Rural City of Wangaratta was formed from the merger of the City of Wangaratta, the Shires of Oxley and Wangaratta and parts of the Shires of Beechworth, Benalla and Yarrawonga. Originally known as the Shire of Milawa when the municipality was created on 18 November 1994 it was renamed the Rural City of Wangaratta on 29 June 1995.
