Cartage Coordinator – Freight Forwarding | + Hybrid | Up to $95k + Super

The Role
As a Cartage Coordinator, you'll be the key link between operations and delivery, managing the smooth flow of goods from port to client. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that will see you working across:

• Import air and sea freight operations
• Coordinating FCL and LCL deliveries for major customers
• Liaising with transport providers to schedule deliveries
• Managing delivery times between third parties and clients
• Ensuring cargo is customs-cleared and ready for dispatch
• Coordinating interstate freight movements
• Preventing storage delays and avoiding futile trips

Who You Are
You're someone who thrives in the freight forwarding world and loves keeping things moving. Ideally, you have:

• 2 to 3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding (cartage experience is a bonus but not essential!)
• Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
