Service Coordinator - Marsden Park

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in Marsden Park. In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing resources and schedules to ensure the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. Previous experience with transport or concrete trucks is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule labour, equipment, and plant across multiple job sites to ensure projects stay on track.

Manage team rosters and ensure workforce scheduling aligns with project timelines and requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to optimise service delivery and resolve any scheduling conflicts.

Monitor project timelines and progress, ensuring any delays or issues are addressed promptly.

Communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination across all involved parties.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in service coordination, logistics, or transport operations, with a preference for experience working with concrete trucks.

Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility.

Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with job management systems.
