About the role

As the OHS Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that influence and shape a strong safety culture across the organisation. Your expertise will guide the development of critical frameworks and ensure that safety remains a top priority. In this role, you'll work closely with leadership and frontline teams to foster collaboration and innovation in safety practices. You'll be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team, motivating them to deliver exceptional results even in high-pressure situations. Whether you're conducting risk assessments, spearheading safety training, or driving continuous improvement, your ability to think strategically will ensure the long-term success of safety initiatives.
