We are a specialist family law firm located in the Adelaide CBD. We require a part-time Legal Administration Assistant to work 3 days per week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
We are seeking an Assistant who:
is motivated and driven and can work both autonomously and as a team player;
has time management, organisational, and multitasking skills;
has an ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
has attention to detail;
is able to work under pressure;
can learn new skills quickly;
can manage competing priorities; and
presents in a professional manner.
Word processing skills are essential and experience in a legal office is preferable. Knowledge of LEAP Practice Management Software would be an advantage.
The role will involve, but will not be limited to:
Audio typing;
Creating and updating briefs;
General reception duties including answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages;
Diary management using Outlook;
Filing Court documents;
File management;
Rounds duties; and
Time entry.
