We are currently seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join our team on-site in Western Australia. As a large-scale construction project company, Contract Administrator will be mainly responsible for managing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations to support smooth and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to solar installation contracts, project scopes, timelines, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Responding to client and stakeholder inquiries and resolving issues or challenges related to solar project contracts, installation processes, system performance, or services delivered, to maintain smooth project operations and strong customer satisfaction.
Organising and maintaining all contract-related records and documentation for installations, maintenance activities, and associated services.
Working closely with internal team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project targets and deadlines are successfully met.
Providing guidance to senior leadership and managers on important project or operational matters and carrying out approved actions effectively.
Supervising on-site contractor activities and reporting any contract deviations, project delays, or necessary adjustments during installations or system upgrades.
Compiling and reviewing detailed project reports and submissions, including updates on progress, compliance, and financial outcomes.
Gathering and analysing key project data such as performance metrics, delivery timelines, and costs, and preparing clear outcome reports and recommendations.
Managing office space requirements or improvements to ensure optimal support for project teams and overall business operations.
Required Qualification & Skills
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in the last 5 years is required
Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.
Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork across projects.
Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector (preferred).
Salary
Annual salary for this position is $73,150 plus super.
