About this role
The successful candidate will work within a small, experienced team in our Perth (Osborne Park) office, offering reliable support to our brokers who are out generating new business and servicing our existing client base.
Duties include:
- Preparing service visit documentation.
- Gathering pre-renewal information from NCI's clients.
- Composing client renewal packs.
- Preparing service guides.
- Checking policy documentation.
- General office administration tasks.
This is a "hands-on" administration role; accurate data entry will be key to your success, as will your ability to communicate effectively, confidently, and positively with different stakeholders.
This opportunity is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home, can be offered after successful completion of training. A part time arrangement (minimum 0.8 FTE could be considered for the right candidate).
About you
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- At least 12 months (or more) of administration experience in a professional office environment.
- A genuine interest in the financial services/insurance industry. (This role could lead to a role as a Broker).
- A proactive attitude and a good sense of humour!
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- The ability to prioritise and respond well to competing demands.
- Confidence to work independently as the sole administration expert for the WA branch).
We will provide you with comprehensive training via our Adelaide head office and support to ensure your success.
