What You'll Do

As a senior member of the HR team, you’ll:

✔️ Drive people & culture initiatives in collaboration with managers

✔️ Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns

✔️ Support employee wellbeing and psychosocial safety

✔️ Provide sound HR advice across the organisation

✔️ Coordinate return-to-work and injury management processes

✔️ Shape and implement policies that reflect NAAJA’s values and strategy

What You'll Bring

✔️ Cert IV in HR (or strong experience in HR/People & Culture)

✔️ Knowledge of contemporary recruitment tools & HRIS platforms

✔️ Experience in values-based organisational change

✔️ Strong communication, discretion, and cultural sensitivity

✔️ Ability to pass required checks (Ochre card + criminal history)
