🐝 Your Role in the Hive

As a People & Culture Coordinator, you'll:

Support HR Policies & Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for HR queries, providing guidance on policies and assisting with employee matters.

Manage Learning & Traineeships: Coordinate training programs and apprenticeships, ensuring participants receive the support they need.

Assist with Payroll Queries: Help resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance with relevant awards and agreements.

Maintain HR Records: Keep employee records up to date in our HRIS system, Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Support Employee Engagement: Assist with initiatives like surveys and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.

Ensure Compliance: Audit employment checks and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

HR Qualification: Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resource Management.

Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain and audit employment compliance documents accurately.

Knowledge of Payroll: Understanding of payroll conditions, awards, and agreements, with experience in training stakeholders.

System Savvy: Experience in reviewing and setting up employee transition terms across systems.
