As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, playing a key role in driving new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, video messaging, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build targeted account lists, align on outreach strategies, and drive qualified pipeline.
Conduct discovery calls to uncover business needs and assess fit.
Build strong, trusted relationships both internally and externally.
Manage a large number of accounts while prioritizing activities that drive the greatest impact.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of BDR (preferably Salesforce) or Inside Sales experience in the tech/SaaS space.
Demonstrated success in cold outreach and driving net-new opportunities.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales metrics.
A curious, coachable, and team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
