Salary: $85k-$105k Base + $55k on-target commission (uncapped) + super + travel expenses

The impact you will make
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for organisations looking to improve their workplace policies and become WORK180-endorsed. Your goal is to drive revenue and grow our network of endorsed employers.
Drive new business growth by acquiring new sales
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Maintain a healthy pipeline (three times the target) to ensure consistent deal flow
Conduct ten or more discovery meetings per week and secure at least three outbound leads weekly
Educate potential clients on WORK180’s mission, value, and success stories
With support from the CEO, deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-suite executives and HR leaders
On day one, you will have:

Proven B2B sales experience or a strong track record in a consultative sales environment such as real estate, recruitment, or other high-value sales industries
Strong prospecting and outreach skills, particularly on LinkedIn, email, and warm introductions
Confidence in presenting and handling objections
Excellent pipeline management skills and experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)
A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving gender equity in the workplace
You must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).

The process
We acknowledge that the recruitment process can be stressful, so here is what to expect:
Review of applications and screening
Communication of screening outcomes to candidates
First virtual interviews with our Chief of Staff, Stacey Quilton
Second interviews including a role-specific task with the CEO and another member of the leadership team
Final Topgrading Interview with the CEO, to deep dive into your background and experience.
