What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and nurturing your portfolio of 150 properties
• Liaising with tenants and landlords to maintain high-quality relationships
• Handling maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and general compliance
• Working closely with a high-performing PM and Field Officer team to get the job done – stress-free

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in Property Management
• QLD Certificate of Registration (or full licence)
• Strong communication, attention to detail and a passion for people
• A current driver’s licence and a positive, solutions-first mindset
