You will oversee a varied portfolio of residential properties in both short and long term property management. We have a diverse portfolio of properties, from entry level to high end.

You will be an integral part of the organisation's growth, development and future success, and will have exposure and influence across the entire management and advisory process.

The Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

• End to end Property Management
• Responsible for managing the day to day property portfolio.
• Liaise with tenants and owners to ensure positive results
• Undertake leasing duties - advertising, application processing and lease preparation
• Organising property maintenance
• Conduct entry, periodic and final/outgoing inspections
• Manage enquiries and correspondence
