🔑 What You'll Be Doing

As one of our valued Property Managers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients’ investment properties are impeccably cared for. Your daily tasks will include:

Conducting thorough routine, entry, and exit inspections with your company-provided iPad 📱

Creating high-quality reports using PropertyMe & PropertyMe Manager

Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors

Managing tenant sign-ups and preparing documentation

Handling inquiries, communicating with owners, and updating databases

Attending viewings and performing inspections with owners as needed

Meeting KPIs and supporting your team in a shared portfolio structure

🧠 What You Bring to the Table

We’re seeking someone who’s not just capable—but truly passionate about property. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management

Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a current Open Driver's Licence

Are highly confident with digital tools and software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PropertyMe & RealWorks

Know your way around the RTRAA & POA Acts

Have a practical, common-sense approach to property issues (gardens, structures, maintenance)

Possess a strong eye for detail, proactive communication, and a calm, professional attitude
