About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio. You’ll be supported by an admin team, allowing you to focus on building great client relationships and delivering outstanding results.

This is a full-time position with remuneration above award rates, plus allowances and a generous performance-based bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

As a Property Manager with RE/MAX Signature, you will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties

Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections

Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades

Managing rent arrears and lease renewals

Handling tenancy applications and screening

Ensuring full compliance with Residential Tenancies legislation

Maintaining strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants

Preparing reports, notices and documentation as required

Working collaboratively with the leasing and admin team

Identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and service improvement

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 years’ experience in residential property management

Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full Licence

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and procedures

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Proficiency with property management software (PropertyMe) A positive attitude and professional presentation
