This is a high-impact temp opportunity based in Melbourne with a hybrid setup (2 WFH days after training). You'll play a critical role in capturing, enhancing, and documenting TA systems processes to support a seamless team transition and future-proof the function.

💼 The Role
Join an inclusive, collaborative team environment where your input will be instrumental. You'll work closely with the Ops Manager to absorb and document Workday processes, support system optimisation, and drive training and improvements across the Talent function.
Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and document existing TA Workday processes from the Ops Manager
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain system improvements for Workday
• Collaborate with TA stakeholders in Melbourne and Sydney to identify system pain points
• Create training materials and readable user guides
• Support onboarding and smooth transition planning
• Use Power BI to assist in reporting and visibility of data insights

• Exposure to system implementation or optimisation projects
• Strong Powerbi skills to analyse and present data effectively
